چکیده
Pisang tongkat langit (Musa troglodytarum L.) is a banana cultivar originated from Eastern Indonesia. Previous studies showed that ACS1 and ACO1 are genes play an important role in ethylene biosynthesis. However, characterization analysis of M. have not been reported. This study aims to isolate characterize the gene expression profile during fruit ripening process. Gene fragment isolation was performed using PCR based method. Results isolated genomic fragments 400 bp 500 bp. cDNA 200 300 Analysis BLAST NCBI had high homology with 1818 Musa acuminata AAA Group (GenBank: GQ396304.1), while highest 1593 AJ223232.1). one intron two exons, introns three exons. Homology conserved region similar acuminata.

Malate synthase gene expression during fruit ripening of Cavendish banana (Musa acuminata cv. Williams).
Malate synthase (MS) is a key enzyme responsible for malic acid synthesis in the glyoxylate cycle, which functions to convert stored lipids to carbohydrates, by catalysing the glyoxylate condensation reaction with acetyl-CoA in the peroxisome. In this study, the cloning of an MS cDNA, designated MaMS-1, from the banana fruit is reported. MaMS-1 was 1801 bp in length encoding a single polypeptid...

alpha-L-Arabinofuranosidase (alpha-L-arafase) was purified from fruit of Japanese pear (Pyrus pyrifolia). The enzyme solubilized from the cell wall by NaCl and Triton X-100 had the homogeneity of a single 62-kD polypeptide on SDS-PAGE after purification through the steps of hydroxyapatite, anion-exchange chromatography, and size-exclusion chromatography. A related cDNA clone was isolated (PpARF...

We investigated the characteristics of ethylene biosynthesis associated with ripening in banana (Musa sp. [AAA group, Cavendish subgroup] cv Grand Nain) fruit. MA-ACS1 encoding 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid (ACC) synthase in banana fruit was the gene related to the ripening process and was inducible by exogenous ethylene. At the onset of the climacteric period in naturally ripened fruit...
متن کاملDifferential expression of genes involved in the biosynthesis and perception of ethylene during ripening of passion fruit (Passiflora edulis Sims).
An increase in the enzyme activity of 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid (ACC) synthase and ACC oxidase induces the evolution of ethylene during the ripening of passion fruit. A much higher level of ethylene is produced in arils than in seeds or peels during ripening. The pattern of expression of two ACC synthase genes (PE-ACS1 and PE-ACS2), one ACC oxidase gene (PE-ACO1), and two ethylene r...
متن کاملChanges in Gene Expression during Tomato Fruit Ripening.
Total proteins from pericarp tissue of different chronological ages from normally ripening tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill. cv Rutgers) fruits and from fruits of the isogenic ripening-impaired mutants rin, nor, and Nr were extracted and separated by sodium dodecylsulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Analysis of the stained bands revealed increases in 5 polypeptides (94, 44, 34, 20, ...
